Please note that If you’re a Louvre Abu Dhabi Member or registered for our Loyalty program you will need to sign in or register in order to receive your membership discount or earn loyalty points.

We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Boutique gift certificates.

Your order will be proceeded within one business day. Delivery time across UAE is three business days and up to 10 business days for international orders.

Custom prints and posters will be delivered separately from the rest of your order and may take up to 14 business days to be delivered.

If you need to change your delivery address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by emailing to support.boutique@louvreabudhabi.ae with your order number and details. If your order isn’t shipped yet, we’ll change the address to make sure it reaches the right destination.

You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day it reaches your doorstep.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

To complete your return or exchange, we require you to fill in our online form on the returns and exchange page.

Non-refundable, non-exchangeable:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged or with missing parts.
  • Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery date.

Except for cases of defective, damaged or incorrect goods, shipping fees for the return and dispatch of the new item will be the responsibility of the purchaser – our team will provide you with details of these charges upon receipt of your exchange request.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card. Funds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. This timeframe is out of our control.

Your membership discount will apply automatically when you sign in with the email address your membership is registered with.

If you aren’t seeing the discount, you may have an account set up with a different email address. Please contact us and we can look into it for you.

Be aware that your discount will only work on items that aren’t already discounted or are a part of a promotion.

All online purchases can be collected from our Boutique at Louvre Abu Dhabi. Just select the ‘Pick up from store’ service at checkout. If you would like someone else to pick up the order on your behalf, please mention their name while placing the order, and inform them they will need to present a valid ID on collection. When your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email confirmation.
